Did the 351 Indmar (1988 Prostar) come equipped with sacrificial zinc anodes?

Not to my knowledge. Most times they are used for saltwater applications.

Zinc anodes are used when highly reactive metals, like aluminum, are used in the assemblies that are in direct contact with the water. Stainless, bronze and NiBrAl aren't very reactive unless they're in contact with certain metals, so they really don't need anodes. Stern drives and outboard motors have them because of the aluminum gear cases and often, the prop.
