TA DA!!!! Just had Heather check the mailbox and it was there! Move over Sweet Baby Ray's there's a new sauce in town!

Did the finger test, hmmmmmm and we were planning bar-b-que chicken already tonight!

Thanks very much Brad!

Brad;

I've got to tell you that sauce is fabulous!!!!! I can't wait to try ribs with it now. It isn't as sweet as Sweet Baby Rays, but has much more BBQ flavor. Reminds me a bit of some of the BBQ I've had in Memphis and El Paso.

Care to post the recipe again?

bradamerry
05-12-2005, 10:54 PM
Leroy, did you cook the chicken with the sauce on the bird.. Or did you just add it after cooking??

bradamerry
05-12-2005, 11:01 PM
80% --- Bar-B-Que sauce of your choice (I use Kraft orginial)
15% --- Mustard
5% --- Worcestershine sauce

Tony's Chacheres' --- demends on hoe spicy you want it...

Leroy
05-12-2005, 11:06 PM
I cook until essentially done and then "roll in the sauce" to cover the meat and then low cook for minute or so on each side.

And you?

I always baste my meat about an hour before I light the grill and add the sauce during the cooking process.. Just me.

Are we skiing this year or just working on our posts? Ha Ha! We still have to get Mag, Stevo, me and yourself together for some (dare I say) actual skiing! I have only been out twice. I need to ski and work up an appetite for my BBQ!
See Yah!

Leroy
06-21-2005, 02:46 PM
Brad; I know they are not like your cooking. I need more practice. Two big racks, 4.5 pounds of ribs and everyone ate them up! I seared on each side for couple of minutes and then went to low temp for ~2 hours. Ribs and a cold one or two, hmmm. (fried potatoes and onions, corn, and brocolli, rolls). Only half jar left, must use carefully!
