Jim,

If it was someone from Richmond on this board it must have been hokiecharlie. He started this thread: http://www.mastercraft.com/teamtalk/showthread.php?t=28293 about a 214. Your boat was mentioned in the thread.

So now we're going to have all the dealers yelling out for people to call them on this forum, that just puts another dagger in the back of what made this place a nice friendly site to visit. But glad it worked out for YOU

Dan, keep in mind that it may have also helped out a fellow TT'er looking for a boat.

I really don't think it hurts the site at all.

Looked like a nice boat and a good deal to me. Too bad it's not my year. I am busy trying to estimate when my year will come! Good luck selling it Jim !

Isn't this forum designed to HELP people? Now we got members with only 400 posts dissing our dealers!

Yet there are no complaints about threads titled something like "Need help - Jim, Mike, Eric"....

Dan,

I really don't get your anger here at all. Yes I am a dealer...so what? I am also a participant on this forum along w/ other dealers. Ones that have something to add. If you don't want us here say so!!!

The only common denominator that I had w/ the forum member and potential customer was this site. I needed to get ahold of him and it worked. Is that not what the site is for? To offer guidance and help out other members? Was it the LARGE RED letters you did not like? Another member contacted the guy I was looking for and he contacted me. Instead of letting the thread continue, I even posted back that I got ahold of the guy so no futher posted where even needed.

Take a step back please. So all can know, this boat belongs to MC not BAWS. They are calling it back next week when we take delivery of a new 2009 X2. This boat was Keith's TEAM SKIER boat and was not owned by him personally. MC asked if I would market and sell the boat so that it did not need to be returned to the factory. I am just trying to move a boat and get someone a great deal along with the boat being a little unique.

I hope to sell it...

Hope that I did not bore you guys with the story

I take no issue with using this site to contact one another. I find this thread to be very similar to threads asking members to clean out their PM boxes. It my be frustrating to some, but a necessary evil for all.

Good Luck on the sale, Jim.

Thread Closed for it has served it's purpose.
