My mom has got her hands full with her place and has just found that the RV has major leaks in the roof. I have patched and sealed all summer but it only seems to stop the problem for a short time. Is there something I can do on a large scale to reseal the roof on one of these? any help appreciated.

thanks

They have roof seal in gallon cans. Helped a friend of mine do his 5th wheel. I'm not sure of the brand he got, but he bought it at the RV dealer.

Oh and I have a small piece of the tape stuff if its pretty clean around the leak. Its for rubber roofs.

Thx hammer, I think the paint stuff is what I was thinking about, but I can try and use both I guess. Here is the descript on the brushable,

More elastic than silicone sealants, and has superior adhesion. Displaces water and ensures a watertight seal. Bonds to virtually every RV material, even when damp, oily or frozen. Applies on wet surfaces. Stays elastic and paintable. Clear.

You think it would just brush over existing silicon patch?

Found this PDF, it only says to clean... so I will see what they say... emailed them.
