I just got a call from a friend of mine thats trying to sell a 190 Tristar Open Bow. I'll head over today and take some pictures of it and post em up. I believe the boat's in good shape, however, I've yet to see it. Pics later today. Asking around $6000.

How much interior volume / room does a Tri-Star compared to a late 80's Prostar 190? I've never seen one in person. I've been debating getting a Supra Sunsport, but Tri-Stars have recently caught my eye. Not sure about the room issue though. Are they the same length overall as a PS 190 or were they lengthened with the addition of a built in swim platform? Is the freeboard about the same? How does the wake (ski and wakeboard) compare to a PS 205? How are they in choppy water? Same basic ride / hull design as PS 190 except a little wider?

It has more interior room than an old 190. A canoe has more interior room than an old 190.

Interior room is comparable to today's 197 if you visualize the 197 without the ski locker/ sunpad. i.e. there's not a lot of room. I had one with a swivel bucket for the observer. But you'll have a bit more room with the rear facing observer seat.

Let's just clear one thing up before we get too far along. Who's paying shipping on this one? Pram? Sodar?
