Have you tried to get one through your MC dealer?

I'm having a problem getting a key for my 1991 prostar. I went to the key kiosk in the mall they made me 2 which didn't work. I called the dealer to get blanks I could take to the key kiosk and they said they don't have blanks for boat that old and the key shop should be able to figure it out.
Does anyone know what type of blank i need or where I can get a couple replacement keys? I don't have an extra which makes me nervous.
Thanks

Maybe in that case, try a local established locksmith in your area.

For some reason the CH 504's you couldn't buy with the the procedes from a small child. I can get you the 503 though, your cost $20.16. Cheers, Matt

Matt, I already tried your dealership and they did not have anything that would work. I believe that 503 key is one that Chris mailed to me to try, which did not work.

thanks...Chris

Chris sent you his personal 504 apparently before it was confirmed that your key was in fact a 503. I believe he offered to order you the 503 but you mentioned you had found it elsewhere. Regardless I can order the proper key, and am happy to do so. Cheers, Matt

Isn't it easier to go to your local marine store and buy a whole new ignition? A 4 post ignition switch is only about $25.00. Pull the old one out, swap over the wires and you'll be done!

If you have ever tried working on/behind the 225 Dash you might think differently hehehe.

I would like to buy (2) of the keys if you can get them for me. I can take the blank to my key kiosk and have them cut if you can send me the blanks.
Please let me know
