Anyone ever use CLR 50/50 with water to remove hard dried on water spots? Over the past several years I've noticed a build up above my rub rail on the black stripe in the gelcoat of water spots. But CLR mixed with water took it right off with a soft towel.

Just a suggestion. be sure to rewax as the CLR also strips the hull of any and all wax!

I use CLR and Lime-Away around the rubrail area, because water seems to collect there and builds up. Bother work well, but I prefer Lime-Away Gel because it hangs in the crevices longer and eats that crap away.
