For those of us in the midwest where we have to shut the boats down in the winter time, i was wondering how many of us are on the teamtalk forum and the snowtracks (www.snowtracks.com) forum for snowmobiling

I'm on JohnDee.com. I do look at snowtracks occasionally though. I know ErkKoehler is also on JD.

Hardcoresledder.com, but I find that to be a rather contentious place. Far more arguing and trash talk than anyone actually trying to help.

I spend the majority of my snowmobile browsing time at Totallyamaha.com (http://www.totallyamaha.net/forums/). Very active forum, exceptionally useful technical articles, nice people. It's rather closely moderated, and they don't tolerate the posting bull**** that I see in so many other snowmobile forums. Of course, it's really only a useful forum if you have a Yamaha snowmobile.

I spend time on hardcoreclsedder.com and dootalk.com then hit the local pages for where I am heading to in order to get the trail news, etc.. I find the webcams are great on many sites.

I was dropping in totally yamaha back when I used to have to fix my older yamis all the time. Stopped going there since I finally got rid of them, but they were helpful sometimes.

Hardcore has many people willing to help, you just have to weed out the useless posts, and ask the right questions. Sometimes the useless posts get you a free ride to the top of the new posts screen, so even the bs helps.
Note- The site is owned by one of the vendors....
