I had some fun this past month with a disposable waterproof camera.

Here's one of my X-star

I did this to a few summers ago. I got a water proof housing for my Sony Digital and decided to take it for a spin. I need to put something on the glass lense of the housing... water seems to stick on the glass and blur the pictures.

Those are cool.

We have a waterproof helmet-cam that we used in the course a few times. Made some footage with it strapped to the skier's wrist. Looks pretty good facing down the rope, but was really funny turned around on the skier's face. I'll have to try and get some frame grabs for this thread.

Maybe Rain-X would work.

Cam -

Not sure if it would work, but if you stop in at your local Oakley dealer or Oakley store, they have a product called Hydrophobic coating. They've been putting it on the new polarized lenses of their glasses, and they sell the DIY kit to put it on other glasses too. May be worth a shot?

I have tried Rain-X, but it just caused the water to bead. I would rather see it sheet off.

I will try the Oakley stuff. I am going to the factory next week for some new lenses and I will ask my rep about the coating...

Thanks Guys!
