Can anyone suggest a reputable prop repair shop in Alberta or British Columbia? I have a stock 13x13 that came with the boat, it's a prostar 205.

I'd like to use it as a spare and find a replacement.

Thanks for your help

I heard of someone in Kelowna but didn't get the info.

If it were me, I'd check to see what it would cost to ship that prop to OJ for repair. It can be hard to find prop guys with NibrAl experience, and who have the appropriate pitch blocks for these props. Eric can also help you with new prop selection.

Thanks Bigmac

Sorry who are you recommending to ship it too?

OJ is the mfgr of the prop you have on there now. Eric Johnson is the big boss. He posts here frequently and is well-known for excellent customer service.

Old Footr - I sent you an e-mail but it was kicked back. We can do the repair here at the factory and have no problems with the return shipping to Canada. Give myself or Sue a call with your address and we can do a return shipping quote for you. Thanks - Eric 800-359-9730

That's good to know that OJ repairs props. I've had mine repaired at the Prop Shop (http://www.propshopltd.com) in Mukilteo, WA (Seattle suburb) and they did an excellent job.

I can't comment on these guys when it comes to nibral props, but they repaired a prop off my old outboard and did a fine job. They are in Airdrie Alberta.
