I noticed that one of my swim step brackets has a two inch vertical crack running from the inside top of the bracket. Seems to be holding fine but I would like to replace before somthing bad happens. Any recommendations on where to purchase a new bracket?

Thanks

either have one made, or order it from your dealer. You could also hit up one of the dealers here on the site, and they'll send it to you.

new ones are expesive as hell. have it welded by a pro(aluminum is not something to be done by amatures) it will be like 250 for a new one or like 10 bux to have it repaired...

You could have the bracket heliarched (aluminum welding ) have it powdercoated along with the other so they'll match or some have been successful getting replacements here, http://www.alloymarine.com/qrs.shtml

I had one welded, then grinded smooth and I re-painted it. No problems.

I have repaired and fabricated my own sets over the years. I'll have one of my best TIG welders take care of it for free if you want me to repair it.

Here's the one's I made last year for my brother in laws X10 after my nephew hit the swim platofrm with a sea doo trying to be cute
