you'll get lots of opinions on this one .... start out with another set of tower speakers and a dedicated amp for the tower ... i have a rockford 850.4 for the tower

NVS or Wetsounds are unanimous on wakeworld. Here is a demo. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y9rgOtngXvs

Had 4 JL's on my tower. Went to the 8" Wet Sounds. Much better sound projection than the JL's. The Wet Sounds love clean power so get ready for at least one large amp for the tower. I'm about to be finished installing my second amp for the tower so I can run a single bridged amp for the L and another bridged amp for the R channel. I think the JL's sound better they just don't have the projection or the power handling of the Wet Sounds.

Fresh Air Exhaust. Best stereo upgrade available. I have a pair of 7.7 inch JLs on our tower from Liquid Audio and I hear them perfectly since adding the FAE.

4 speakers, get another amp, and get a fader. You want to be able to control the tower seperately so you don't blow out the ears of everyone on board. We did this on both boats, and it was crystal clear 75' back.

i have never heard of an FAE what does it do?
Fresh Air Exhaust.....
Ditto on the Wetsounds, The distance they throw sound is incredible. Cannot beat JL for the interior.

i got 2 JLs and the JL amp that came with the boat. all i did is hook up the tower speakers to their own channel and put all the power to them. it sounds great in the back of the boat. not to loud inside and in the front which is kinda nice but u can hear it from 80 ft back!

just put set of wet sound pro 80s' on. well worth the money for me. i have friends with new jl and old clarion stuff. To "ME" the wet sounds are significantly better.

stoked out racks... i like it... how are they there for visibility... i've thought about putting an extra set vertical on the tower between the outside cans

Visibility is ok but not as good as I would like it to be. Boards and racks come off before loading or I get hooked on the trailer guide posts. That was the best spot I could find that would allow me to pivot the MC racks and get to the extra boards. I would like to see what others have done to their tower to get extra storage capacity. I added racks to my friends X Star tower legs which solves the visibility pbl., but when you turn the boat sharply boots drag in the water.
