View Full Version : Heater causing leak in Maristar 230

I have a 2003 or 2004 (can't remember!) Maristar 230 that has, what I understand is a fairly common problem. After running for a short time - the carpet at the drivers feet starts to get wet. Then the bilge starts pumping more than normal. I've been told that it is a leak in the heater and that - since I never use it anyway - I should just cap it off at the engine and that will take care of the problem.

Can anyone offer me step-by-step moron-proof instructions on how to do that?
