Hey just checking in on the Florida crowd. We've had 5 straight days of rain that broke today so the X1 and I ignored the lake wind warnings and hugged the shore. I heard on the way back that some area's of FLA got 2 feet of rain. We'll pray that you guys don't use your depth finders to check the water level in the garage.

We did fine too. The lake is higher than I have ever seen it and my lawn is pretty soaked, but overall we did just fine. Atlfooter....Has FEMA been by your place yet? Just kidding! :)

The storm went all around Tampa. Came ashore to the south. Literally went in a "U" around us. It rained here this AM as another band came over us. It has gotten a little windy at times. No worse than a afternoon Thunder Shower. Florida have been places in Florida that have needed a long hard rain. Some areas got to much. What we don't need is the next 2 storms to head this way. We are soaked

I just got home from my cabin over in Waycross,Ga., at it was getting hammered this morning with rain. Wouldn't let up! I got disgusted and came home! I posted a pic or 2 the other day with the water in my backyard. The next day, it came up even higher. New record for the time I've lived here, which is 5 years. Still waiting to see what it does today

All is well on my end. Just finished up with eight hours of yard work, but I'm grateful since others are taking that long to get the tree off of their home. Also right next door: NO POWER!

Now tell us the truth please...Is that really your cabin or the DOG HOUSE where you get sent
when you misbehave. Inquiring minds want to know

We actually took a bit of roof damage, very minor. Other than that, just a bunch of limbs and leaves. It just hung around a little too long for my liking. Worst part, the waves are all blown out and not even fun to go surf......wish we would get a west wind.

well it just stopped raining here at kingsley lake about an hour ago. the water level in the lake has come up about 16 inches and it is still coming up. the lake is higher now than it has been in ten years. now i can actually drive the boat in and out of the lift. cant wait for some sun and surfing tomorrow!!!

The water is almost two feet over the walkway of my dock...
Highest I've seen in here in over three years.
