Looks pretty high maintenance to me. The boat looks nice, too.

Yeah, I saw that in WaterSki Mag.

There are some on here that should enter!

Hey, thats a twin to my boat!

Actually I noticed something wrong with the graphics on that boat. Looks like a 82 or 83. There should be 6 stars in front and 6 stars behind the MasterCraft logo.

Gary Sargentino should send in photos of that S&S he refinished.

There seem to be an abundance of the older S&S owners on here.

Wow! I didn't notice that. I guess that's something that an "MC Fanatic" would catch.

The articles in Water Ski Mag have been particularly good this year (as were the ski reviews in the recent issue). Unfortunately, I didn't re-up until Farmer sent me that freebie link. So I missed the March issue.

Just my :twocents:

That looks like an original pic, not one of a referb.
The pic is very yellow, and the shirt the driver is rocking looks like something
from the 80's or Urban Outfitters.

They may send the back issues yet? I know they sent me 3 issues in about 3 weeks time as I was late also. Thank you to whoever put that link up on Team Talk.

Or is it whomever

I thought they might. Thanks to farmer.

/whom is "objective." In this instance, whoever, being the object of the preposition "to" becomes "whomever."

//you asked.

My '82 has 8 in front and 4 behind the logo.

Interesting! maybe they switched midyear.
I see yours have a black pylon also. Did you swap out the silver one?

Also does your have the alunimum seam covers on the floor like the one in the photo at the beginning of this thread? Mine dosn't.

I think MC switched over to the deck with the three piece windshield mid year on the '81 model. Maybe it's an '81.

The interior had been redone (very badly I should add) when I bought the boat. At that point the pylon was black. I did have the aluminum seam strips in the floor when I got it. I removed them when I redid the carpet a few years ago.

I think it was discussed on here somewhere before that the transition from the curve windshield to the three piece one was not very clean. I have seen '81s with the three piece and '82s with the curved.
