View Full Version : Fuse Breaker Problem 1999 205

Last night the radio went out along with all the cigarette plugs in our 99 205 w/LTR. We were going to use one of the plugs for the fat sac pump. I'm assuming we shorted the plug under the throttle but cannot find the fuse or breaker for that series. I checked all the rubber boots on the breaker panel under the dash and none were tripped. Boat and all gauges runs fine otherwise. Any ideas?

Try the one on the engine. It's a circuit breaker with a red button.

Thanks, I tried that one (which I believe is for major motor functions, ecm, etc.) on the lake along with all the rubber boot style switches under the dash. There is one that says 12v Recpt and a couple other abbreviations that might be the one but it was not tripped. Could be a faulty reset switch on that breaker so I will have to test.

Also, read in the manual that the radio was an option for that year and there is an in line 5amp fuse behind the gauges. I'll have to check that one tonight but surely that would not be tied into all the cigarette plugs......
