Not sure how Webster defines Isolated Showers. But, based on personal experience, this is how I do:

It will be sunny, dry, and warm everywhere .... everywhere but the lake! At the lake it will rain like it did in the days of Noah. 800 meters away at the highway, it will be sunny, dry, and warm. All the way back home from the lake, it will be sunny, dry, and warm. The rest of the evening when you look outside, it will be sunny, dry, and warm. But, at the lake, it will be raining.

We have the monsoon season in full swing and yesterday was isolated t-storms with lots of rain. I put this in the what's your weather thread too.
