How can you sell something without a title?

How can you drive a untitled vehicle?????? Oh, I get it. The original bank still has the title- charged off means someone didn't pay, doesn't mean bank has to release title.

I have had a tag for it every year as it is registered to me. I bought my MC with no title just a bill of sale. I called the bank and tried to get this taken care of years ago and they acted as if they had no clue, therefore I still have it and like I said I tag it each year. If someone has an idea of how to obtain title then id gladly do it however Ive had no such luck. Yeah, it didnt get paid for as a result of a divorce which resulted in no payment. Life is good now however its been charged off and it is what it is.... a jeep for sale w/ no title...What do ya do?
