Go easy on yourself. They say that a little gap in the front is sexy. A lot of gap is white trash. Not sure which this is.

lol, my custom maple cabinets in the bar downstairs in the old house did the same thing not as bad. bugged the crap out of me. i noticed it right away. the "adjustment" only got me about an eighth closer. next time, i'll specify the face frame down the center. nice though. lookin good.

and by the way, all my stuff was exactly like that. i love that look. that is maple isn't it? love it. my whole downstairs was the exact same in the old house. office, bathroom and home theater too. love maple.

Em?????? Em are me:D There's a 1 1/4" gap. Like someone said..............they will make nice doors for either the garage Cabinets I will build someday or in the lower level:cool:

Good eye Big Mac! I was fortunte to find a mill close by that has all kinds of raw stock. They ripped and milled over 150' of 1x3's for $62.00..........very cheap! What finish was on yours???? I am thinking a very light stain...........lilke a honey Maple

but unfortubnately I ran out of maple for the other door:mad: BUt the fix looks pretty good and probably won't be noticed as much in this lone cabinet:rolleyes:
