Am I stoned again  I'm not getting the safety part?? Does this mean never get between two boats backing up?

Sorry, I think it's safer to swim and be around the back of a DD or V, I had a Mercruiser and you left that boat at a left or right angle never straight out

you call this safe???? If anyone is going to get that close the props I think I'd rather have them hit the rudder rather that the props themselves.... just stupid for thought there...

It's gotta be true, I read it on the internet........

But what do we expect them to say? "You'd be better served by buying a used inboard than a new Chapparel...."

8pBecause I/Os plane faster, turn sharper, and can pull more skiers8p.

The problem is people are so susceptible to that.

This reminds me of politics.

It's time for change.............
I will take on all-comers.......
We are better....................
Don't worry about proven performance........
Don't pay attention to simple economics......

Try me......I guarantee you'll like me...........

If Crapparall really wanted to put their money where their mouths are.......they would offer a side by side ride......or a 30 day money back guarantee........
hmmmmm......to bad we can't do that with politicians.........

I know that Chaparrel Rep down here. Used to work for MC. Wait till I talk with him OH BOY HA HA HA

I went to the webite and watched the wakeboard videos and the review. Yes the wakeboarder is completing the tricks but w/o any serious air at all. Look closely. The manuvers are thrown very very fast and at very minimal height. The guy is a pro at making it look easy. I promise you that any average wakeboarder would have alot more trouble. LOTS of trouble. Watch the boat jump on one of the later turns in the video. Th driver has to back off to keep it in the turn

Nice TRY I/O company...nice try !!!

My MasterCraft dealer is also a Chaparral dealer. I'll be interested to ask them about this next time I'm there.

ANd that's just what we need, some idiot trying to surf behind an I/O and get's his leg chopped off, and then the anti-surfing legislation will get some real traction!!! They are already ticketing for reckless boating in VA.

I would be more set on selling a boat that isn't full of @$%#!

And go watch the video on there.

haha furthering my vendetta against I/Os... i hate them... i don't like to see them on the water... they don't drive right... and who needs to back in more than one direction?... outlaw the river runners and leave the water to shipping and watersports (no... toobing doesn't count... it's not a sport it's a punishment)

thats true. But lying on top of lies....
Lying about a good boat would make me feel better..

Im sold as well. Anyone want my 209?

I am tired of the fast hole shot and great handling.
I want to be dragged down the lake and make wide wide turns.
