2. Made GREAT friends on here. Not just "internet/email/PM friends" (those too) but REAL friends I get to hang with.
3. Learned a thing or two about caring for and repairing Mastercraft boats.

Meeting great people and having fun. I met Trick and Dog here and then CSM was my first offical MC event. The people I met I hope to maintain contact with for the rest of my life.

The dealers that hang out here are awesome! MYMC and Jim BAWS specifically. They contribute so much to this forum.

So everyone get their heads out of their rears! Goodness the avenues we have traveled in the past few days.

Sodar I got your back!

All the boat maint. Winterization from eastie and his check list. All the cosmetic aspects of maintaining a boat. Trailer maintenance, tires towing, loading and unloading, boating courtesy on the water, boarding tips for me the wife and my 8 yr.old. Just a few off the top of my head, and lots of laughs.

I've benefitted in the same ways already mentioned - new friends, lots of help, lots of laughs.

But I guarantee that if it were not for this site, I would not have bought my '05 MC last year and my '08 this year.

What I get most from this site is motivation...

It's pretty easy for me to blow off a day on the boat because: it's too hot, there's no gas in the boat, one tire is low, I need to change the oil, the battery is down, my rope is worn, my shoulder hurts...and the list goes on.

Since I've been here on TT, I'm much more motivated to get my butt out on the water.

Thanks!

Edit: Also really like the Glass Waters, Sunsets, SS, and It's Friday threads:friday::woohoo:

I've learned to copy, print or save pics or tech data I find here jusssst in case...
I met and skiid with the star East Tx Skier
sold one boat
bought another
sold some set screws
bought some boat parts
learned about setting up a slalom
learned how to stay up wayyy too late reading a computer screen about other peoples fun AND their troubles.
Added myself to a few people's lists of people to kill.
another great thing that happened to me via this site is learning way more than I thought humanly possible about the upper penninsula of Michigan.
