i'm guessing i'm sol on this one, and it's not that big of a deal, but what the heck, i'll ask any way
pretty sure the thread on my bench back seat rest has faded
pretty sure it was once red, now it's almost an orange peach color.
no way to get that back right?
no i don't have pink seats. ;)
/edit, okay, i shouldn't joke about the pink seats. i wouldn't wish that on anybody.

When we demoed an 05 X9 the seats were the same and the vinyl (supposed to be red) was pink orange too.

This may sound like a redneck solution (no pun intented), but my friend had the same thing happen to his red stitching and I think that he just carefully went over the stitching with a permanent marker to restore the color. I haven't seen it since last year, but I will check it out next time I am on his boat to see how it held up.

Our '06 X-45 has lots of red stitching on the logos and it's all faded too...despite the fact that when it's not on the water it's in the garage.
I've been thinking about russlars' redneck solution myself...

Marker doesn't sound like too bad of an idea.

i have performed the "redneck solution" on the bow backrest in my boat and it works fine, you just need a couple of beers to steady your hand before starting.
