Hey guys, I should probably just check the boat but it's not with me at the moment and I wanted to order a part online hopefully.

I've got a 95 Prostar (Indmar 350) and I need to replace the thermostat on it, but I'm not sure which one I need. Does anyone have a link then maybe I could just get the part # and order it from somwhere... I'm sure someone knows this off hand and it would save me a lot of time! Thanks so much!

I used a generic 350 chevy 160 degree thermostat. I took it out of my Camaro which has a 1973 350 in it. Probably not the best, but its still working.

The stock T stat (TBI 350) should be a 143. If you are in colder water the 160 will work as well.

We've been over this and over this. JimN says 160- I go 160.

Indmar says 143. I called them specifically for my '97. The 143 is what came in the motor from the factory and wil keep the motor at about a 160 operating temp. In my very warm 85+ degree summer lake water the 160 makes mine run a little on the warm side at about 180.
