I had the 350 TBI engine in my old boat (94 Prostar 205), and OJ recommended the 13x11.5 CNC three blade. My reaction was WOW, why did I wait so long.

I just put an Acme 13X12 CNC 3-blade(model #541) prop on my '99 prostar. I have only been out once with it but I was amazed at how much the performance improved. Better hole shot and no loss in top end speed. It also seems to hold speed better. My prior prop was a 4-blade 13X13.5 Cutter Stainless.

I also heve the ACME 541 prop on my 93 prostar 205. A little pricey but well worth the money.

If you are loading down with 2k in ballast you will probably want a little more umph than the 541 will give you. As said above call Eric at OJ or Bill with Acme and ask them to send you something for your application. Either of those guys knows their stuff.

thanks alot for the feedback i called Bill he recommended the amce 913, but said it might drop me out of barefoot speed. does anyone with the same boat/motor have this prop, and are you able to barefoot? he also recommended the 1609.

the ACME 1609 is actaully 13x11.5, anyone pushing the same ballast(wieght) i have with this prop? does it get the job done or should i go for the 913 that is 13x10.5?
