My 90 Maristar has what I believe to be aluminum trim or frame that goes around the windshield. How in the world do I clean it up? It just looks hazy and not nice. I bought a can of "Never Dull" all metal types polisher (the wadded fabric you can tear off that has some sor tof chemical in it) and that did nothing. Any suggestions?

I had to use a junk yard windshield frame on my MG last year and to get it to shine again I had to wet sand it.. then polish it with rubbing compound and wax. It took awhile but the frame ended up looking like new when I was finished. Even better than the one the glass company messed up changing out the glass.

I used Blue Magic polish on my windshield trim. It worked pretty well. They have it in any auto parts store. It works well on just about any metal.
