Nice rig. I'm sure you picked the color to match the MC sticker, right? I recently read in Motor Trend that they voted it best among the 4 similar vehicles made by Nissan, Ford and Chevy. My friend has a Tundra and has been very happy with it.
Where exactly did you get the MC sticker on the back window?

the new sequoia seems... unbeatable. It blew away the armada, infinity qx56, ford expedition, and tahoe/suburban. Nice choice!!
I have a '98 landcruiser with 160k miles, and I'm looking at the new sequoia- Same time that I'm looking at Mc's- this summer might get a little expensive...!

It's white, and named after a tree....It must be environmentally friendly...

i doubt it. ;)
but so far it is getting better mpg's than my 07 tahoe
Beautiful rig!! I wil be trading in the 06 4 runner in Dec for the Sequoia. Would you mind posting how it tows your X2 when you get a chance. It looks like a Platinum with the load leveling suspension. Do you like that option? Best of luck great choice!

I have the 06 4Runner also, and have been considering a Sequoia. Does anyone know how the 08 compares to the last generation? I was considering an 06 or 07. The prices are gonna be droppin on these large SUV's.

i have owned a 01 and 03 sequoia. the 08 is much bigger and nicer on the inside. the shifter is now in the console. the 2nd row seats slide forward and back for more leg room. the 3rd is power fold.
much more like a lexus in feeling.

BETTER... it's got more bells and whistles for sure... the new 5.7L V8 is a BEAST too... the looks certainly aren't hurting either
My girlfriend has an 02. It is nice and we enjoy the space. As stated earlier the 08 has more bells and whistles along with the 5.7 which actually is supposed to get better gas mileage than the 4.7 due to the VVT. The sequoia tows my 225 VRS much better than the 4 runner. The 4 runner does not like going up hills with the boat on the back. Her sequoia has no problem and I assume the 08 is even better.

Congrats, I have been eying those myself. I can't wait to hear how it pulls compared to the Tahoe. I have been thinking about trading in my Yukon and the Sequoia is high on the list. The fold flat 3rd row is a big plus over the new Yukons.

I hope you got a decent deal besides the financing. I found a place where they sell them for $8,000 less than MSRP.
The new styling inside and out is a marked improvement. I didn't like the high/low shifter on the console of the pre-2005. Fold flat 3rd row would be a big plus, is it standard? After just buying an ES350, we are into the Lexus feeling right now. Love the ride, safety, and styling.

diesel, clean your pm.

Well finally got to tow with the new truck. to bad it was to take the boat back to the dealer again:rolleyes:
towed the boat about 90 miles on the interstate. Fuel avg was 12.9 running between 70-75. suprised that the 6 speed tranny never searched for gearing and you could hardly tell you were towing except for the mpg.:D . truck is rated for 10,000 lbs towing.
so far very impressed.
oh and a pic showing the mc decal love.

yeah that's about what i get... i notice the pulling a little more probably due to the single axle trailer (not a big fan but its ok for moving by hand in the driveway)... i just keep the tow/haul button clicked and it's like you're barely pulling anything... those wheels are sweet... i think i need some on my truck:D
