I have been driving a boat for about 15 years and pulling wakeboarders for about 5 years. In order to drive for a local ski school i must have the trained driver certification. I read the description of it on the usawaterski website, but i was wondering if anyone can offer some more info on it like the length of the class, some of the driving requirements, etc. I do not have any driving experience on a course. any info would be helpful

It is a pretty easy course. I have to retain an NSSA rating to drive sactioned showski events. The course and class is alot of basic stuff. With 15 years of driving you should have no problem. Course driving is not a requirement. That is for 3 event skiing. Contact USA WATERSKI at 1 800 533 AWSA and get all the info. It is nothing more than a basic test that is not much more than a state required boating safety test like we have in Florida

Good Luck...
