Help! Amp mounting location

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on were I should mount an amp that I got for my PS190 closed bow. The amp is to power my tower speakers. There is limited space and as of right now I mounted it on a rack and placed it on the left side of the boat between the observer seat and the hull.
