If so, where'd you purchase it? Also, what is a good source for wheels that match a 96 trailer.

I did on my old trailer, but I made it. Pretty much any trailer shop should have them.

I put one on my old supreme. I just bought the plain one at the sports store. Worked like a champ and cheap!

I added one of these to my trailer a couple years ago: http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/standard-item.jsp?id=0019053015975a&navCount=2&podId=0019053&parentId=cat420008&masterpathid=&navAction=jump&cmCat=SEARCH-cat420008-cat420008&catalogCode=IJ&rid=&parentType=index&indexId=cat420008&hasJS=true
I like it because it is black like my trailer and has the stow away jack for emergencies. The angle on it is good so that you can mount it near the bow.

Are the wheels 14"? Also, what is the size of the tires?

My 1996 PS 190 trailer wheels were 215/75/R15's. I purchased a matching tire and rim from Overtons for $120.
