I have had my Malibu for sale for quite a while now with nothing but low-ball offers....there are alot of boats out there for sale right now. I am trading it in for a new PWT X-star.....zero hours, $63,500.....can you guys believe that sh*t? That just shows you how many there really are and how hungry dealers are getting.....;)

LOL.....Ok....I will take pics of both the boat and the invoice and post them for you guys, I couldn't believe it either, but I am taking my boat to the dealer in California on Friday and taking my new boat on a test drive. Its an 07, brand new, zero hours. If anyone else is interested in a smokin deal I will hook you up with my salesguy, they are selling their stock of Mastercrafts at cost to get rid of them. I want to make sure my deal goes thru without any hitches before I give info out that I can't validate.

Did you buy it from a Cope & McPhetres dealer?

Does that price reflect the trade in of the Malibu? What kind of BU was it?

What does it have for engine and options. Since that CA dealer has lost the MC line, good deals would be expected. Congrats.

There are other MC dealers in CA. Cope is just one.

Cope would be a good guess, tho. If they aren't a MC dealer any more, they'll probably discount to move the inventory to backfill with other brands....

Copes is dumping their MC stock(07/08's) at dealer cost. According to their website X-Stars are starting at $63k. Looks like they have lots in stock so there may be more room to negotiate. Been meaning to drop by and see what they have, but I'm afraid of coming home with a new X-2 (and having to sleep in it when the boss sees it).

That would sure piss me off if I just paid 80,000 for one somewhere. Must be some that have recently??
