Help find the fastener

I'm trying to get my big bow cusion seat backs out and have found 4 bolts / studs in each side, but am missing at least one more on each side. It has to be in the back wall under the windshield somewhere, because the rest of the panel is loose.

I have amp racks, speaker boxes, etc... under the dash that I am trying to avoid un-installing until I know where / how many fasteners are under there. I also want to make sure they are the studs and not a plastic snap fastener.

Someone please help !!!

Your prob right. It is a 2001 X-Star / 205V.

Cary there are three more above the one in the pic i posted(other thread) i did not see them at first because they do not protrude through the carpet like the one in the pic,the carpet was actually over top of them so feel around with your hand. im in and out there right now so i can prob take a few pics up there if needed.
