I need an exact fit cover for my 83. Anybody know where to get one? I see Overtons has one for an 84. Would it be the same?

I would just give them a call and ask them. If they do have one mention to them that you are a gander mountain customer and you can get 15% off. You might need the catalog to give them the code on the back.

I had one custom made from a local shop.
My next one will come from here (http://www.skiboatcovers.com/boatstyle.php?manufacturer=mastercraft).
Model MC200A or MC1219 for a waterline cover.

Absolutely go with the Sunbrella material. If the boat spends anytime stored outside go with the full waterline.

I had a custom waterline cover made for mine. It stays under cover as well. Liquid Sports Marine made it, turned out great. Back to your question I am certain that an 83 and 84 are the same boat. While they have small diffrences, none would affect the cover.
