Looking to redo my 1989 MasterCraft Prostar 190 and can not find anyone that has the Skin patterns. In Canada I'm being quoted $3600.00 to dismantle old skins, cut patterns and sew new covers.
It is either this route or if someone could supply me with the contact information for a very good shop that has experience in doing boat interiors to maybe send my skins south to have redone. Thanks

I had mine done a few years back in the UK for £400 less the rear seat so $3600can does seem very expensive to me. This was for 3 colours of marine vinyl.

the FAQ section mentions a guy that does replacements, and everyone has said he does a great job. A couple of options. 1) contact him and maybe he can ship you the skins and have your shop put them one for you or 2) disassemble the seats yourself CAREFULLY and see how much they would charge you to cut patterns and assemble, surely the cost would go down by up to a 1/3 if you cut out a 1/3 of the work for them.

Explore your options something will work out. I agree that that sounds a little high also.
