My RV guy needs to build an electrical adapter(6pin round to 5pin flat) to connect a MC tandem trailer. Need a techy to provide a "schematic"(wire colors port to starboard on the MC 5pin flat) with corresponding function of each wire. Who knowz?

white-ground
green-right turn/brake
yellow-left turn/brake
brown-running lights
and what ever is left will be the back up. I think it's blue most of the time.

I don't have those in order...that's just how all trailers are supose to be.

why don't you just change the connector on the trailer to fit your truck...or splice another connector on it so you have both?

Lose the 6 round, install a 7 round, and buy the correct adapter. IMO

What uses a 6 round plug anyway??

Horse trailers. That's why I have one at least.

The blue wire is the only one added to the MC harness. Have him connect a lead to the brake lights for the blue lead. That's the only difference and it shouldn't be that hard. The rest is standard configuration.
