There is a thread on here about that, just look back a little. I put a heatercore heater in my 03 PS197 last year and it was much easier than I expected

Not difficult at all. I can snap some pictures of the install in a 2007 197 tonight. The heater core/fan unit is located under the observers seat and the two lines run from the bilge, through the floor and up to the unit.

One thing to note.....
In my 2002, I installed my heater and was told the factory location was behind the kick panel at the drivers feet. In this location, the hoses ran right thru the opening that goes down into the bilge, which was very easy.
Now, in my 2005, I ordered it with the heater installed at the factory and it came installed under the observer seat, mounted to the back of the fiberglass that makes up the bow. In this location, the lines seem to run through the floor, as if 2 holes were drilled and the lines fed through there....not sure if those holes are automatically there or not, but obviously the one behind the driver kick panel is there.

I mounted mine behind the drivers foot kick panel as well, and yes the hole thru to the floor was there for the hoses as well as easy access to the dash for wireing the switch. There was also a hole thru to the passenger side in front of the cooler for the heater vent hose if you plan on putting a hot tube on that side.

DIY heater core in box w/ fans or purchasing a premade unit?
