Speedos found on ebay

Does anyone know what it takes to switch over from the original speedo in an 89' prostar 190 to this five point connector on ebay?

My speedos are faded and this would be a great upgrade if the cost to convert is reasonable. Any suggestions are appreciated.

well your 89 gets speed off of a pitot tube that uses pressure differential to determine speed. and has a tube running to the dash.

So this gauge will require some sort of electronic speed pick up, as well as some creative wiring to make it work.

That Speedo will definitely not work in your situation unless you add the MMDC controller and replace all of your gauges. Not worth the hassle if you ask me.
