Does anyone have a Rankin boat cover? If so how do you like it?

Never owned one but if you want to trailer with the cover on Rankins or Evolution covers are about your only option. A little pricey is an understatement. I got a quote on one for my 190 and they wanted $900. If you are looking for a cover for storage I think the waterline covers from www.skiboatcovers.com can't be beat and while the prices are not cheap they are about $300 less than the Rankin.

I love mine. Theyre not cheap, but you get what you pay for. There is currently a group buy running on PlanetNautique that brings the pricing right into line with what BrianM mentioned for a Skiboatcover.

My boat (maristar 225 vrs) came with a Rankin cover, the previous owner bought it a year before selling the boat and he said he paid 1200. The cover is very nice and the quality is excellent. I still don't tow with mine cover on though. The best part is no support poles, its a nice tight fit.
