Does anyone know ( or can provide a link ) What the vin #'s mean? I need to order some gel coat and I would like to color match it.

It's actually HIN, Hull Identification Number.

using the above link my PS 190 is really a maristar 210. #'s just don't match up right. I know that was just a guideline, but does anyone know where to find out what my #'s mean.

So far I figured out this, MBC*******94 means you have a '94 MasterCraft!
If you have the owners manual for the boat, it explains it in there where it gives the breakdown for what the #'s mean too. I just went and re-read mine and it does not tell in any of the #'s what color the boat is.

That never worked for my HIN either. Half the letters/numbers are right...the other half aren't even close.

I looked in the manual, It told me where to find the #s. That was a relief!
