We are thinking of a few days on a lake unvisited (by us). Any one been to Bull Shoals in N. Arkansas? Would you go back? Pros/Cons. Any information would be helpful in determining if we go or not. Thanks...

Never been there but when someone mentions a lake here I like to web check it myself and see if it might be something for me too.
Here's a start, looks big. :D

All of the lakes in north central arkansas are very nice. They are usually very deep and clean, good visibilty. I have my mastercraft on greers ferry lake witch is and hour and 30 south of bull shoals, they are especially nice because they look natural and are not crowded. Lots of good camping and cabins.

Bull Shoals is about an hour south for me. I have never been there, but have talked to a lot of people that go. They say that the lake is great, but need to be careful as their are some low spots. Not crowded at all, so plenty of good skiing places. I plan on going down there at least once this summer and skip a day at Table Rock.

I did a couple of weekends of shows there back in the day. Great skiing and hanging out lake. Lots of smooth water and great views!
