I was looking at oil filters today at the store and I noticed that Corvette's and Z28's (both LT-1's) took different ones. Best I call tell from seaching here is that I would want a PH30 cross referenced filter (Napa 1069) which is the Z28 filter? The Corvette filter I cannot remember the number off the top of my head but when looking at both, the Corvette one was longer and narrower and also had a smaller diameter threaded fitting on it (which suprised me). Just want to make sure I get the right one since the boat is 380 miles from me and I cannot look at what is on it now.

Thanks,
Scott

I called Indmar about this a year or two ago, they told me, "your motor left our facility with a Penzoil PZ3"

cross that with a Wix

http://www.wixfilters.com/filterlookup/results.asp?PartNo=PZ3

and you'll find a Wix 51069 works

PH30 crosses to a 51069 also, I'd go with Wix over Fram

I like the Mobil-1 M-1 302 for small block Chevrolet engines.
