Good luck in selling the Bu.

Do your self a favor when you get the S&S. Move that cast iron skillet that is hanging on the wall. That could leave a nasty mark on the boat.

Dude, he obviously enjoys a good breakfast in the boat.

Very good question, Brandon. I hadn't noticed that. Mine has a glove box type lid over the box on a hinge in which the mirror comes up when you lift the lid. The problem is.... that my engine cover is so tall that it impedes the view to the back. I don't have any handle!

Hey 454Prostar190, i just looked at pics of your boat. Beeeutiful job with your engine. Where did you get the braided hoses and the anodized lines? I have been thinking of doing that for several years. Oh yea, did that tandem trailer come with the boat? I thought they were all single axle for the S & S.

Just out of curiosity, why an '83?

Brandon, I bought the boat a number of years ago and the engine was already like that. The thing that you can't see is the 12qt. chrome baffled oil pan. This boat was the Marineworld/Africa USA towboat in 1982 hence the 425hp/454 with a slot and used to say Enjoy Coca Cola on the sides of the bow behind the docking lights. The guy that I bought the boat from dressed the engine and in my opinion did it just right! Thank you for the compliment! Rick

And the trailer is an '82 trailer so, I assume that the boat/trailer came together as a set. Check out the wheels on the trailer.... Those were sort of cool in 1982. Ok, I said sort of!! Rick
