Hi there,

I just got rid of my red headed stepchild and put on a 4160. Just bolts right on, got a flexible hose made and all good.
The only thing I need to do is adjust the cable. I have adjusted the cable at the carb end as far as it will go but I still need less cable. Do I have to adjust the cable at the handle end>> What is the best way of doing this??

I also have a pipe comming off the carb on the choke side, does this need to be hooked up to anything? The thing next to it a breather I would assume.

That should be the modern area for the PCV valve hookup rather than to the back of the carb spacer. Put a vinyl plastic cap on the one you don't use. Lowes HIW carries various sizes or you can get a pack of Moroso Vacuum Caps, part # 41090 consisting of of 4 each of 5 different sizes and colors.
