Went over to my daughters to see the grandkids and took my grandson over to the park to play on the swings and ride his scooter around. Next to the playground is this BMX Bike Park, it's amazing so I had to run back to my truck and grab the handy digi. Check out these pics I posted here I'm not a BMX'er but I figured these guys would appreciate them. I'd post them here but you can't get the true size here and they look better true size. I wish we had parks like this when I was younger, I'm going to get me a bmx bike to ride with my teenage sons here, check them out these kids rip. :D

Cool. And skateboard parks! When I was a kid, we had some 2x4s and a couple bricks in the driveway. That's about it.

I am surprised with that with all of the lawsuit happy people in the world they have parks like these. We have some skate parks here in MN, but nothing like this.

What do the cities do to protect from getting sued for injury accidents?

You know I moved to this state from California and in cali it's the law for kids up to 16 they have to wear helmets, here in az, no law and not a requirement to wear protective gear, they have signs that say wear it but no enforcement. In my family we brought the cali law with us and all the kids wear helmets, atleast when I can see them. :D
