Ok, it has been a while since I posted on the board but I have a topic that should keep a few of us busy today.

I have been charged with putting together a bachelor party in Las Vegas. There are six of us going for six days. As you can imagine planning this has become intense. So, I am looking for creative ideas for a scavenger hunt at bars, lounges, and clubs. Also, any cool things to do in Vegas during the day would also be appreciated. I have been to Vegas before but it always tends to be the run of the mill trip (gamble, drink, shows, broke and time to leave)

Just so everyone knows the bride to be has instructed me the only thing she request is that the groom still wants to marry her when we return. She is a little adventurous kind of gal and I really think she means what she said. She is even going to film the instructions for the scavenger hunt and tell her hubby to be not to be a @#%&* about completing the hunt.

Let the suggestions begin....

Wow! 6 days in Vegas. I max out at 4 days. I love Vegas but 4 days is all I can handle.

I had a great time for my 30th birthday at the cigar bar inside Del Friscos Resturaunt. Lots of expensive cigars and scotch. During the day. Bungee jumping at AJ Hacket is always good times.

Beat me to it. And I don't care how cool his lovely bride to be is, vows of silence all around. As for the scavenger hunt, I'm kind of of the mind that these sorts of weekends don't really require concrete plans as long as someone has a list of good places to go in his head. Scavenger hunts are what I always see with bachelorette parties. No offense intended, that's just been my experience.

Eastie's right, I don't care how cool she is, keep your junk in your box. If that ever got out it would come back to bite you....not tomorrow, but in 5-10 years.

WOW 6 nights in Vegas??? 2 nights in Vegas is my absolute max!

My recommendations:

-Don't spend a ton of money on the hotel room. You will never be there and you can go gamble/hangout at any casino you want to.

-Hard rock pool is 2nd to none. Quite a sight to see. LOTS of eye candy. It's a must to hang out there for an afternoon if you can get in.

-Absolutely NO cameras/videos. I don't care how cool the wife may be...Nothing good comes out of having cameras in Vegas. Nothing good happens in Vegas, really....

-Ghost bar at the Palms is a good spot also.

-If one of your buddies that is going is a big gambler, make sure he gets hooked up with the pit boss/concierge to get you guys set up with VIP passes to clubs, etc. All those guys have contacts at the clubs. If you plan to go and wait in line, it will be a waste of time and ruin your night. Pay the extra money or get the passes to skip the lines and get into the club. And remember, tip EVERYONE that gets you into the club ahead of the rest of the crowd.

-That's all I really remember from Vegas.... :friday: Have fun!

6 days? I'd go more for quality over quantity. 3 days would work perfectly.....

A kid I played polo with in High School owned Spearmint Rhino, well his family did. Guess where he took all his buddies on the night of his 18th???? I personally hated the kid, so my invite must have been lost in the mail, but fromn what I have heard from friends that went, they got a little preferential treatment!

Sky diving! Do it the first day, not good on a hang over. I hope you are all loaded 6 days in Vegas w/ pole dancers will get expensive to say nothing of the gambling. I would go for three and just not go to bed, same results.

Take it from someone who lived in Las Vegas, their slogan of "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" is perfect. Do not make the rookie mistake and take video, photos or any other type of recording devises. No matter what she says, she does not want know about what her future husband did or did not do.

As for what to do during the day there are some great golf courses to play, depending on when you go there are great pool side fun (Hard Rock, Flamingo, Mandalay Bay), go race cars at the race track, killer rock climbing / hikes at Red Rock Park, Lake Mead, helicopter rides, skydiving and a whole lot more..

IMHO lose the scavenger hunt. It is what chicks do in Las Vegas. Just let the moment play it self out, your in Vegas. Eat, drink, smoke, gamble and be happy. You will be hanging with your buddies for six days in the city of excess. Have fun.
