My son wanted to go out this afternoon for a ride in the boat. Of course it was 42 degrees outside and we had the lake to ourselves. So I got a chance to tear up the water and show him how the boat will pretty much turn within its length. He was grinning ear to ear and screaming "Wahoo, Daddy do the power slidy turn"!! We had fun. No heat in the boat of course. Snapped a few pics of the sunset, wake and the sort of the house and boat house. As we were idling back in it starter to sleet. I must be a die hard, or maybe it is my son. My wife and I are itching to ski!!!

Bringing the children out on the boat is what it is all about. I am sure you are probably one of the happiest parents right now

No disrespect Learjet, but that's probably the funniest post I've ever seen :D

I showed the picture to my wife and she even laughed. She normally hates this place!

"My son wanted to go out this afternoon for a ride in the boat". Likely that's what you told the wife as an excuse for the boyz to go play LOL!
I have the same boat as you my friend, but I got the heater!:D

Its -8 here right now, so needless to say, the lake is very hard. One might even say hard as ice. I would kill to take the boat for a ride even in 42 degrees. Man I can't wait to retiree so I can move south. Tried to talk my son into going to the boat show just to get my "fix", and he said he wasn't interested. :(

Looks like fun. My 4 year old nephew loves going on boat rides too....he is not too sure about those "power turns" yet.
