Here are some pictures of an accident that occured today at a very upscale golf community here in our town called "The Bridgewater"

Apparently a construction crew was modocking down the street with the boom of their track excavator to high and took out the entire span of a bridge from the clubhouse to the first tee box....someone will pay dearly for this major screw up......:D

wow, your right. contractor's insurance will be paying some $$$.

sodar, it appears to be a bridge for golf cart's to cross the road along with the very few who still walk 18 holds.

Still.... I am used to California building! If that was in Cali, the backhoe would have been ripped off the trailer, but that bridge would not have moved an inch!!

(In my best Bill Murray Caddyshack voice)

"But sir, if I kill all the golfers they'll lock me up and throw away the key"

Oh heavens, not in Bridgewater! I'm sure no one is leaving the clubhouse today or anytime soon with the weather we are having.

In Oklahoma, they'd watch the complete 1st season dvd of "The Dukes of Hazard", the widescreen version of "Hooper", and never notice the bridge was gone.
