Finally pulled the trigger and bought a diesel! my dodge was averaging 8mpg and 6mpg towing. my new truck has been getting 17mpg and 11 towing!! plus it rides like a cadillac compared to my dodge .

That big, gawd-awful grill is for extra cooling needed for their new diesel. An eye-sore I agree.

thanks, i hope i made the right choice going with chevy /duramax. i didnt actually lan on buying the truck that night. i test drove the dodge right before it and it didnt seem, much better than what i already had. after drving the chevy i pretty much decided to purchase one, but not that night. i made them on offer, 500 over invoice and cost for the lift and they took it. so i bought it.

Nice choice. I bought a '03 2500HD Duramax 4 years ago and have not regretted it. They are great trucks. I'm never going back to gas in my trucks.

Diesel is the way to go. I bought a Ford, first one ever, but with 185000 miles now and tow every day for work. With all my towing a 8000lb trailer I still average 12mpg. But Diesel at 3.39 is killing me, took $117.00 to fill up today.

Nice looking rig, Rod! The Duramax sure is quite, my favorite engine, but I don't know anything about diesels. Is there a red Wakecraft in your future?

You know I honestly can't remember where I heard that but its true. All I know is that if you don't like that truck, obviously you have no sense of style or class!!! :D

OK back off you forders, the truth hurts HUH!!!! ;)

Tough looking truck, I'm surprised towing lowers the mileage from 17 to 11 but still even 11 is good mileage!

Sweet Truck! You are going to love it. I really like the interior of my new one compared to my old 2006. How big is the lift?
