New MC owner of a 1982 Stars and Stripes. Anyone know where I can get a maint manual? General items such as repacking the shaft, changing the impeller, etc....hate to say but not even sure what repacking entails. Thanks for any advice. Have replaced blower, carpet, guages, ignition switch and other items but need engine, transmission, and other maint guidelines.

Do you have a PCM engine? If so, check www.skidim.com as I think they stock the PCM maintenance manual. I would've suggested a MC dealer, but I wouldn't expect them to stock the PCM stuff anymore.

I have the owners manual, PCM marine manual, and parts catalog (for what good it would do you) for an 81 saved to a file. Don't know if there's alot of difference but I would be glad to send you the files if you think they would work for you. By the way the 81 owners manual in the "knowledge cntr" is mine I sent them my file.

I have all of the same for my 79, but do not have them saved to a file, how would I save all of this info to a file?

I work part time for a copy shop (like kinko's) connected to a university and we have real nice scanning capability and I scan all my manuals seperatly and have them save to a file on my computer at work and I also backed it up to a disk, that is how I sent the owners manual to MasterCraft.

edit: sorry I guess I really didn't answer the question, a place like kinko's or similar with electronic copying capability could probably do it.
