I get up at 5:30 am to put ribs on the electric smoker, and guess what?
The GFCI breaker keeps kicking off. So I have to wait until 8am for Lowes to open to get a new smoker, put it together and get my ribs on at 9am. Boy, what a morning. I hope this isn't any indication of how things are going to go for me this year. Then again, I could be in the ER like the other MC member. Oh well, sh_t happens.

Just got through eating some of the ribs. They were great. I will have some more later tonight.
By the looks of the divorce thread, you are eating alone? Sticking up for all the x's.

I just smoked 3 pheasants Sunday night. Very tasty!!
This is the first year in a long time I haven't had a smoked x-mas goose. I like it sliced thin on crackers with a spicy mustard. Usually snack on it all day long. My mouth is watering. Speaking about water, I can't wait to put my boat in this spring!!!

Just polished off the rest of the ribs, black eyed peas and collards. Leftovers were better than the lunch.
