off to the big apple tomorrow for some business and shopping.....

have got the saturday morning/afternoon free....any ideas??

i've done empirestate/statue of lib and all that normal stuff....

If you been watching the news you know a play is out of the question with the strike but "Off Broadway" is not on strike.

It may be a little out of the way, but if you're out at night, check out Hi Fi Bar on Ave. A between 10th and 11th. Had a great time there a couple of years back.

am out in greenwich village on the thurs eve with clients and then out with more on friday in SoHo....got sat am shopping(gotta love those cheap dollars) and out drinking afternoon/evening with buddies i know out there.....got lots of stuff delivered to the hotel already....:D

Ah, so many bars in NY. Some great Vietnamese food in that area as well as Sushi. Can't for the life of me remember the name of either place though. Dratted beer.

Too bad I missed this thread. The last time I was in NYC I went and saw Les Paul play at the Iridium. Les plays every Monday night and it was one of the coolest things I've ever done. Les Paul is a giant in the jazz community and to see him before he passes was a dream come true.
